The film La Chimera starring Josh O’Connor is one of the most captivating films I have seen this year. Highly recommend it.

This “10 Things” video is sort of about the film, and leads off O’Connor sharing the scrapbook he made while filming La Chimera. After a few other items, O’Connor share some of his ceramic collection. Check out the video to see small pieces by his grandmother, Ian Godfrey, and Lucie Rie. I’m a huge fan of Godfrey and Rie, so this was cool to see:

Another recent video features NYC ceramist Julia Kunin, made as part of MoMA’s “In The Studio” series. I will definitely be using this in my classes this year and it is always a treat to hear other artists talk about and share their process.
